JAMBI – The excitement for the 2026 FIFA World Cup is starting to spread among the public, including Jambi Governor Al Haris, who revealed that he is rooting for the Argentina national team in the upcoming tournament.
Al Haris stated that he admires the playing style and team character of the Albiceleste squad.
“They have the skill, the teamwork, and that Latin rhythm. That’s why I’m a big supporter of Argentina,” he said on Wednesday (June 3, 2026).
In addition, Al Haris mentioned several footballers he personally admires, including Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Kylian Mbappe.
“When it comes to strikers, I like them. I’ve always liked forwards,” he remarked.
Al Haris predicted that Argentina would go far in the tournament and could potentially reach the top six.
He also encouraged the public to watch the 2026 World Cup matches through TVRI broadcasts.
