Recently, the State Bank of India issued a notification saying that internet-related services will not be in use between 01:10 pm IST and 02:10 pm IST today.

Which services will you not be able to use?
Giving information, the bank said that in the meantime, customers will not be able to use the services of Internet Banking, YONO Lite, YONO Business Web and Mobile App, YONO, and UPI. However, UPI Lite and ATM services can be used.

How can payment be made?
The bank said that no customer will be able to use UPI during the given time today i.e. on March 23. However, payment can be made using UPI Lite. Along with this, a person can also make payment by withdrawing cash by going to the ATM machine.

How many people use SBI's digital services?
Let us tell you that in its third-quarter results, SBI said that it has a spread network of 22,400+ branches and 65,000+ ATMs/ADWMs with 81,000+ BC outlets in India. Along with this, 125 million customers of the bank use Internet banking, and 133 million customers of mobile banking services. Apart from this, during the third quarter, 59% of accounts were opened in SBI through YONO and a total of more than 7.05 crore users are registered on it.
