The Wi-Fi variant of the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra has surfaced on Geekbench 7 with model number SM-X940. As per a flagship tablet, its performance is going to be quite strong.
Chipset
The biggest indication from the Geekbench listing is that the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset can be used in the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra. This chipset is visible in the listing with the codename MediaTek MT6993.
processor
It has an eight-core processor, whose base clock speed goes up to 2.70 GHz and maximum clock speed goes up to 4.71 GHz. According to reports, this codename and clock speed are associated with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. Last year's Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra had the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, so there may be a big jump in the performance of the new model.
RAM
It can be offered in the market as 12GB RAM variant.

Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra can get a 14.6 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display.

According to the tipster, Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra can be launched in September.
