Mumbai: Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its new flagship tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max, in China this month. Ahead of the official launch, the device has appeared on Geekbench, revealing key details about its performance, chipset and memory configuration.
The Geekbench listing suggests that Xiaomi's upcoming tablet could deliver a major performance upgrade with the company's new Xring O3 chipset, 15GB RAM and Android 17 operating system.
Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max Geekbench Scores Revealed
The device appeared on Geekbench with the model number M367FC. According to the listing, the tablet achieved a single-core score of 3,474 points and a multi-core score of 13,229 points on Geekbench 6.7.1.
The listing also revealed that the tablet was equipped with 15GB of RAM and was running on Android 17, hinting at a powerful hardware setup.
New Xring O3 Chip To Power Xiaomi's Premium Tablet
The biggest highlight of the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max is expected to be the new Xring O3 processor, Xiaomi's in-house chipset.
According to Geekbench details, the 10-core CPU includes two high-performance cores clocked at 4.36GHz, four cores running at 3.69GHz, and four efficiency cores at 3.15GHz.
The chipset is paired with a Mali-G2-Ultra-NX MC16 GPU for graphics performance. Xiaomi is expected to position the Xring O3 as a successor to the Xring O1 chip used in the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro.
Performance Upgrade Over Previous Generation
The leaked benchmark numbers indicate a significant improvement compared to the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro, which scored around 2,615 points in single-core and 8,010 points in multi-core tests.
The Pad 9 Pro Max's multi-core score also puts it close to tablets powered by Qualcomm's latest flagship processors, suggesting Xiaomi is targeting the premium tablet segment.

13.3-Inch Display, 120W Charging Expected
While Xiaomi has not revealed the complete specifications yet, reports suggest that the Pad 9 Pro Max could feature a 13.3-inch display and a large battery of more than 10,000mAh.
The tablet is also expected to support 120W wired fast charging, making it one of Xiaomi's most powerful tablets.
The Xiaomi Pad 9 series is also expected to include other models, including a standard Pad 9 with an 11.2-inch display and a Pad 9 Pro with a 12.5-inch screen.
