New Delhi, 24 August. The new SIM card rules issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) of the Central Government have come into effect from Monday. Under the new rules, now any user will be able to have a maximum of 9 mobile connections in his name. However, in some licensed service areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and North-East, this limit will be reduced to 6 mobile phones (…)
