New Delhi. After the insistence of Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Delhi Police finally had to register an FIR on the complaint of Sahil Lochab, the victim in the pellet gun case. This information has been given by Delhi Police sources. According to senior police officials, Delhi Police has registered an FIR in connection with the alleged use of pellet guns during the protests at Jantar Mantar on July 20. No one has been named in this case. That means an FIR has been registered against an unknown person.

After the FIR was registered by Delhi Police on the complaint of Sahil Lochav, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and Sahil Lochav showed the copy of the FIR. After registering the FIR, Sahil Lochav, who was injured by the pellet gun, said that as long as there is a mass leader in the country, Rahul Gandhi, no one can suppress the voice of the students. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that truth has won. Last month, during the students' protest at Jantar Mantar, Lochav was injured by a pellet gun. After the FIR was registered, Rahul Gandhi, while talking to journalists, called it the first step towards justice.

Meanwhile, Randeep Surjewala and Priyanka Gandhi are currently present in the DCP office. Even after the FIR has been registered in the pellet gun case, Congress leaders are standing outside Sansad Marg police station. They are demanding a hard copy of the FIR lodged. Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi reached Sansad Marg police station on Friday with injured student Sahil Lochav. He demanded registration of FIR in the matter. After this Rahul Gandhi sat on strike. After 8 hours, news of Rahul's demand being accepted and agreement to register an FIR on Sahil Lochav's complaint came to light.
