LPG Rates Today (17 August 2026): While 14 kg domestic gas cylinders are used in households, 19 kg commercial gas cylinders are required for businesses, functions, and parties. When were prices last changed?

The price of commercial LPG cylinders was last reduced in early August. In Delhi, the rate for a 19 kg cylinder dropped from ₹2,930 in July to ₹2,738—a reduction of ₹192. Meanwhile, there has been no recent cut in the price of domestic LPG.

What has changed from today?

Yesterday, August 16, was the last day to complete gas cylinder e-KYC; consequently, the KYC process has now closed. Accounts for which e-KYC is not completed by the deadline will lose eligibility for the subsidy of up to ₹300. If your KYC has not been completed, you will now have to purchase gas cylinders at the market rate.
