Tricolor pasta recipe

Pasta is a popular dish, and making tricolor pasta is a great idea for kids on Independence Day. This will require the following materials:

– finely chopped onion and garlic

– Butter or olive oil

– Butter – 2 spoons

– Flour – 2 spoons

– Milk – 1.5 cups

– Salt and black pepper powder – as per taste

– Oriental herbs or mixed herbs – 1 tsp

– Spinach puree – half cup (for green color)

– Tomato puree or carrot paste – half cup (for saffron color)

To make tricolor pasta, first boil the pasta by adding salt in a vessel. When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and keep it aside.

Now heat butter in a pan, add flour to it and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add milk slowly so that lumps do not form. Add salt, pepper and herbs to it and thicken it.

Heat butter in another pan and add spinach puree, salt and one-third part of boiled pasta and mix for 2 minutes.

Then add butter, onion, garlic and tomato puree in another pan and fry. Add one-third boiled pasta and salt to it.

Now arrange saffron pasta, white sauce pasta and green pasta in a plate and serve.

Put the mawa in a non-stick pan and let it soften for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Then add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix well.

Cook the mixture until it starts leaving the pan. Divide it into three equal parts. Mix saffron color in the first part, white color in the second and green color in the third.
