That is why today we are going to tell you in detail about which foods to use to get relief from increasing dental problems. These foods are always available in the kitchen. Instead of always doing expensive treatments for teeth cleaning, you should also try home remedies. This will reduce the yellowness and make your teeth whiter.

What causes yellowing of teeth?

Due to many lifestyle factors like frequent consumption of tea or coffee, drinking less water, chewing gum, smoking and not brushing properly, a yellow or white layer starts to grow on the teeth. This also causes bad breath. Due to this, a yellow layer, called plaque, starts to accumulate on the upper part of the teeth. This layer goes away for some time after brushing. However, the teeth start to look yellow again.

Remedies to reduce increased yellowness on teeth:

There is no need to buy any powder from the market to reduce the yellowness on the teeth. Pure mustard oil and sea salt are two very effective ingredients that you can find at home. Take mustard oil in a bowl and add a pinch of finely ground sea salt to it. Mix the prepared mixture well and apply it on the teeth with the help of fingers and keep it there for some time and rub it gently. Then rinse with warm water. Sea salt has natural anti-bacterial properties while sea salt helps in strengthening the gums. This will keep the gums strong.
