Former India cricketer Wasim Jaffer has finally broken his silence on one of the most talked-about decisions in Indian domestic cricket this season: the appointment of 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi as the vice-captain of the East Zone squad for the forthcoming Duleep Trophy.
