Amitabh Bachchan is gearing up to host the 18th season of the beloved quiz show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. The filming for this new season is set to kick off on August 1, 2026, at a specially crafted set located in Mumbai’s Film City.

This season introduces a fresh and engaging theme—"Is Baar... Sochna Padega"—which encourages participants to move beyond quick responses and focus on strategic thinking, patience, and decision-making.

In a recently unveiled promo by a prominent entertainment network, Bachchan draws an insightful comparison between golf and life. He emphasizes that the initial response or move is not always the most accurate one. Filmed on a golf course, he underscores the significance of taking a moment to contemplate before making a decision.

"Bachpan mein humein sikhaya gaya tha ki jo pehle jawab de, sabse sahi wahi hai. Lekin zindagi mein kai baar, pehla jawab hi sahi nahi hota. Toh is baar KBC mein, jawab dene se pehle khud ko zara rokna padega... Is baar, sochna padega," he states.
