Try these tips to prevent hair fall:

Wash your hair regularly: Oil and dirt quickly accumulate on the scalp during monsoon. Therefore, to keep the scalp clean and hair roots healthy, wash hair regularly with mild shampoo as needed.

Use oil instead of conditioner: If your hair is not too dry, use light hair oil instead of heavy conditioner during monsoon. Massage the hair gently with oil a few hours before washing the hair, then shampoo. This provides nourishment to the hair and can reduce hair breakage.

Use multani mitti: If your scalp becomes too oily, apply multani mitti hair pack once a week. It helps remove excess oil and dirt, keep the scalp fresh and strengthen the hair roots.
