New Delhi .Actor Sohail Khan, while sharing a very personal and sensitive experience to his life during a reality show, told that he had to face sexual abuse in his childhood. He said that he kept the pain of this incident suppressed within himself for many years and due to shame could not mention it to anyone. He admitted that he too felt the same way in his childhood, which is why he remained silent. Later he understood that sharing his thoughts with a trusted person was the right path.
Sohail Khan also told that learning from his personal experience, he always explains one thing to his children that if anyone ever makes them feel uncomfortable or misbehaves, then they should immediately talk to the family without any fear or hesitation. He said that instead of enduring any problem silently, it is necessary to share it in time, because communication is the first step towards solution.
