UPSSSC Recruitment 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced a major recruitment drive for youths preparing for government jobs. The Commission has initiated the online application process today, July 14, 2026, to fill a total of 1,829 posts for Auditors and Assistant Accountants across various government departments and institutions in the state.

Only those candidates who appeared for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET)-2025 and meet the prescribed educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for this recruitment process.

Who can apply?
Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Accountant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.

Additionally, candidates possessing a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting are also eligible to apply for this post. Candidates are also required to hold an 'O' Level Computer Diploma from a recognized institution.

For the post of Auditor, it is mandatory for the candidate to hold a B.Com degree or an equivalent qualification. Along with this, an 'O' Level Computer Diploma and knowledge of accounting at the accountant level are also required.

What is the age limit?
According to the information released by the Commission, the candidate's age must be between a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years as of July 1, 2026.
