Lenovo has launched its new premium tablet Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 in India. Along with this, LOQ Monitor Series has also been introduced. This device is specially designed keeping in mind the users who want a multimedia tablet with a large display, powerful sound and long battery life. Price and availability
Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 has been launched in India in two storage variants, with the 8GB + 128GB model priced at ₹35,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant is available at ₹38,999. This tablet can be purchased through Lenovo’s official website, online e-commerce platforms and offline retail stores.

Display and Design
This tablet has a large 12.1-inch 2.5K (1600×2560 pixels) IGZO LCD display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate. Its 16:10 aspect ratio and brightness of up to 600 nits enhances the video watching and gaming experience. Additionally, it has a 360-degree rotating kickstand, so that users can easily use it in stand, theater and lean mode.

Performance and software
Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7400 octa-core processor, paired with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Storage can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. This tablet is based on Android 16 and the company has promised to provide two major OS upgrades till Android 18 and four years of security updates till 2030.

JBL 9-speaker system
The biggest feature of this tablet is its JBL-engineered 9-speaker system, which comes with Dolby Atmos support. This audio system makes the multimedia experience quite immersive and delivers high-quality sound output for movies and music.

camera setup
Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, while an 8-megapixel camera on the front is available for video calling. This setup is enough for everyday use and online meetings.

Battery and Charging
This tablet has a large battery of 10,200mAh, which provides long backup time. According to the company, this device can support YouTube video streaming for about 15 hours on a single charge. Along with this, support of 45W fast charging is also available, due to which the device charges faster.

Connectivity and other features
Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 has modern connectivity features like Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and USB Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 1). It also has an IP52 rating, which makes it safe from light dust and water splashes. Apart from this, it has been provided with Bluetooth speaker mode, so that it can also be used as a standalone speaker.

Accessory Support
This tablet supports Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, wireless keyboard and other accessories. In stand mode it can also be used as a digital photo frame or clock, making it a multi-use device.

LOQ monitor series also launched
Lenovo has also launched its new LOQ monitor series along with the tablet, starting at ₹9,799. This series includes 24-inch and 27-inch models, while the company is also preparing to launch 32-inch variants in the market soon.
