In the Jan Chaupal organized in Kul Dumri village under the Sarkar Aapke Dwar campaign, State Minister of State for Social Welfare Sanjeev Kumar Gaur sat with the officials and listened to the problems of the villagers one by one and gave instructions for their immediate solution. A large number of villagers presented their problems and demands before the Minister of State in Jan Chaupal.
On this occasion, Minister of State Shri Gaur said that all the complaints received in Jan Chaupal should be resolved with seriousness and sensitivity as per the intention of the government. While directing the officers, he said that no laxity will be tolerated in redressal of complaints and timely and quality resolution of all cases should be ensured.
The Minister of State said that under the leadership of the country’s successful Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the country and the state are moving on the path of continuous development. Jan Chaupals are being organized in every village with the aim of taking the benefits of the government’s public welfare schemes to the last person. Due to this, the villagers do not have to visit offices to solve their problems and they get quick solutions in their village itself.
He said that the priority of the government is that every eligible person should get the benefits of the schemes and no eligible person should be deprived of the benefits. Jan Chaupal is an effective medium of establishing communication between the government and the public, thereby ensuring quick resolution of the problems of the villagers.
District Development Officer Hemant Kumar Singh, District Panchayat Raj Officer Nominee Sharan, District School Inspector, District Basic Education Officer, District Social Welfare Officer, DC MNREGA and officers and employees of various departments were present in the program.
