A major initiative focused on employment and skill development for the youth of Bihar is set to launch. An internship fair will be held in the state on June 24, 2026, offering young people the chance to secure internships with various companies. Through this program, candidates will not only gain practical work experience but may also receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.

Organized under the 'Mukhyamantri Pratigya Yojana,' this fair is open to candidates with qualifications ranging from Class 12 pass to postgraduate degrees; they can receive internship offers right at the venue. The event will take place at the District Employment Office, Joint Labour Building (ITI Campus), Panhas, Begusarai, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**On-the-Spot Internship Opportunities**
A key highlight of this fair is that eligible candidates will be offered internships on the spot. Various companies will select candidates based on their specific requirements. Selected candidates are likely to receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, providing the youth with an opportunity to earn while they learn.

**Who Can Apply?**
Candidates holding qualifications such as Class 12 pass, ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, Graduation, or Post-Graduation are eligible to participate in this internship fair. However, candidates already engaged in a government internship, skill training program, or full-time employment are not eligible for this scheme.

**Registration and Selection Process**
To participate in the internship fair, candidates must first register. Subsequently, they will undergo interviews and other selection procedures. Companies will make their selections based on the candidates' qualifications and skills.

Mandatory Documents to Carry
Candidates must carry the following documents when attending the fair: Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport-sized photographs, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, ITI or diploma certificates (if applicable), graduation or post-graduation degrees, email ID, an active mobile number, an updated CV, and a domicile certificate. Document verification will take place after selection; therefore, it is essential to have all certificates ready in advance.
