OnePlus Smartphone Launched: The tech company OnePlus launched a new smartphone called OnePlus 15R in India last year. The company launched this smartphone in two variants. But now another new variant of this smartphone has been launched in India. 16GB RAM is being offered in this new variant. So the internal storage capacity is 512GB. No change has been made in other features and specifications of this smartphone.

New variant launch of OnePlus 15R

Earlier, the company launched this smartphone in two variants namely 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. Now a new variant of 16GB + 512GB has been added. The new 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at Rs 61,999. The 12GB+256GB variant is priced at Rs 54,999 and the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at Rs 59,999. The smartphone is available for purchase in India on OnePlus Online Store and Amazon platform. OnePlus 15R specifications and features

Display

This smartphone with dual SIM support is launched with Android 16 based OxygenOS 16. The OnePlus 15R features a 6.83-inch full-HD+ (1,272×2,800 pixels) AMOLED display, which offers up to 165Hz refresh rate, 450 ppi pixel density, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The smartphone is rated IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K for protection against dust and water.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, which offers a peak clock speed of up to 3.8GHz. For graphics, the handset will get an Adreno 8 series GPU, up to 16GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The handset is equipped with a new G2 WiFi chip and a touch response chip.

Camera

Talking about the camera, the OnePlus 15R will get a dual rear camera system powered by the Detailmax engine. Its main shooter is a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) with OIS support, coupled with an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) ultrawide camera with a 112-degree field-of-view. The smartphone has a 32-megapixel (f/2.0) camera on the front for selfies and video calling. The handset can record videos up to 4K/120 fps.
