Moradabad. Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya reached Moradabad on Sunday, where he planted trees. During this time, BJP MLA Thakur Ramveer Singh, Ritesh Gupta and other leaders were present with him. Keshav Maurya said that the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign being run on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become an inspiring mass movement linking nature conservation with mother worship. Come, let us all plant a sapling in honor of our mothers and take a pledge to preserve it until it grows into a tree.

The Deputy CM discussed various topics with intellectuals on the occasion of completion of ’12 years of trust, development and public welfare’ of the Central Government under the able leadership of PM Modi. Deputy CM said that, on behalf of 25 crore people of the state, he congratulated him on becoming the longest serving elected Prime Minister. Also said, even if all the opposition fights unitedly, they will not be able to defeat BJP in Uttar Pradesh in 2027.
Besides, the Deputy CM also reacted to the comments being made about Akhilesh Yadav’s daughter. He said that strict action will be taken against those who make such comments on any daughter. We do not see sides and opposition but work to establish uniform rule of law. He further said that the party which nurtures goons and criminals will no longer be in power in the state and their condition will also be like that of TMC.

Along with this, the Deputy CM visited the exhibition of self-help groups and addressed the inaugural program of the public welfare camp in Moradabad and inaugurated the renovation work of the auditorium under the development block Moradabad. During this, ‘nutritious food’ was distributed to pregnant women, house keys etc. were distributed to the beneficiaries and Annaprashan Sanskar was performed to small children.
On this occasion, BJP Metropolitan President Girish Bhandula, BJP District President Akash Pal, Mayor Vinod Aggarwal, Legislative Council members Dr. Jaipal Singh ‘Vyasat’, Ram Gopal alias Gopal ‘Anjaan’, MLAs Ritesh Kumar Gupta, Ramveer Singh and others were present.
