- 2 cups of flour
- A pinch of salt
- Water as needed
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tsp chili paste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
How to make Momos
First of all make a soft dough by mixing flour, salt and water. Then heat some oil in a pan and fry garlic, onion and other vegetables in it.
