NCL has announced the recruitment of 1,607 apprentice positions for the year 2026. The application process is set to begin on June 1st, and interested candidates will be able to apply online until June 15th.

Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has brought forth a significant opportunity for the youth regarding both employment and training. To apply for this recruitment, candidates are required to possess a degree, diploma, or ITI certificate in the relevant trade or subject from a recognized institution. Regarding the age limit, applicants must be at least 18 years old, with an upper age limit set at 26 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxations in accordance with government regulations. Candidates from the SC and ST categories will receive a relaxation of five years; those from the OBC category, three years; and candidates with disabilities will be granted a relaxation of up to ten years.

Graduate Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,300. Meanwhile, Diploma Apprentices will receive ₹10,900 per month, and ITI Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,560. This financial support will enable candidates to cover their personal expenses while undergoing training.

The online application process will commence on June 1st. Candidates must first visit the official NCL website. From there, they will need to click on the link related to the apprentice recruitment and complete the registration process.
