The lease agreement was signed on September 28, 2021 and has a tenure of 15 years. under this Agreement SBI Abhishek is paying rent of Rs 18.9 lakh per month.
Provision for increase in fare
Not even that of Abhishek This will be the rent for full 15 years. The agreement also provides that the rent will be increased every 5 years. After 5 years the rent can increase to Rs 23.6 lakh and after 10 years to Rs 29.5 lakh. Moreover, SBI has deposited Rs. Rs 2.26 crore has been paid.
