EPFO pensioners have to submit Jeevan Praman certificate every year. It has to be submitted at post office or concerned banks. However, this system does not burden the elderly and provides the facility of issuing life certificate online simply by sitting at home.  

Digital Life Certificate is an online document that proves that the pensioner is alive. The pensioner has to submit the life certificate exactly once a year to get the pension every month. Otherwise the pension will not come.  

To get this digital life certificate you need to have Aadhaar based biometric authentication system. It can be downloaded through Jeevan Praman app. After that Aadhaar card number, bank account details, name, mobile number and pension payment details should be entered.  

Jeevan Praman is very easy to submit. Aadhaar will verify your data. If you are also a PF pensioner, you must submit the Jeevan Praman certificate by November 30. Otherwise the pension will be stopped. Your data is safe. It can be easily done sitting at home.
