LIC HFL Junior Assistant Salary: One of the largest mortgage and loan companies in India - LIC Housing Finance - has issued a recruitment notification for the post of Junior Assistant. The LIC subsidiary provides long-term financing to people who purchase or construct residential houses or flats.
The housing finance company has now invited online applications from eligible candidates who must be an Indian Citizen for selection and appointment as Junior Assistants. Recruitment for the post of Junior Assistant is based on State-wise vacancy and merit.

LIC HFL is looking to fill up 200 posts across states in the country. “The total number of vacancies may increase or decrease depending upon the actual vacancies at the time of final selection and availability of successful candidates after the interview,” LIC HFL said in the recruitment.
 

LIC HFL Junior Assistant Salary

As per the LIC HFL recruitment notification, total emoluments per month will be in the range of 32,000 to 35,200 (depending upon the place of posting – City Category based). This includes Basic pay, HRA, Other benefits & PF - Company contribution.
In addition to the above-mentioned emoluments, employees will also be eligible for Mediclaim, Gratuity, Group Insurance Scheme, Housing Loan, and Performance Linked Incentive as per applicable rules.

LIC HFL Junior Assistant Eligibility

The candidates must be in the age group of 21-28 years. They must be Graduates (minimum aggregate 60% marks) in any discipline from a university recognised by the government or any equivalent qualification.
LIC HFL Junior Assistant Selection Procedure
Applicants will be selected based on an online examination and interview. Online examination will be of objective type, multiple choice of a total of two hours duration. The examination will be in English language only.
