Bollywood singers add magic to the university's annual fest Aarohan

Poornima Group of Colleges (PGC), Jaipur successfully organized one more edition of its annual technical, cultural and sports fest 'Aarohan'. This year's fest became memorable for the students of the university, but also for the students of other institutions, who participated in its various activities. Live performances of Bollywood singer Akhil Sachdeva and performance by 'Sanam' Band were the highlights of the fest.
Akhil presented heart touching songs in his melodious voice, including Channa Ve, Humsafar, Tera Ban Jaunga and Saanware. 'Sanam' Band presented evergreen songs in its own special style. The enthusiasm of the students was seen at its peak on the last day of the fest, when the youth sensation rapper duo 'Seedhe Maut' performed. Encore ABJ and Calm (duo of this group) popular among the youth due to their special style, presented the compositions of their album 'Lunch Break'. Their live performance really added to the grandeur of the fest.
In the fest organized on the theme 'Fictional Spectra: The World of Animated Characters', DJ Tejas also made the students dance by giving various performances. Technical skills of the students were rigorously tested in the technical activities of the fest, team spirit and winning spirit were seen in the sports competitions. In sports, many competitions were held including volleyball, badminton, chess, long jump, shot put, carrom, etc.
