The survey assessed passenger experience across categories including accessibility, staff service, cleanliness, in-room facilities, food quality, and value for money.
Located within Changi Airport Terminal 3, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport offers 575 rooms, including runway-view accommodations and suites overlooking the nearby Jewel complex. Facilities include an all-day Italian restaurant and bar, a club lounge, outdoor pool, fitness center, business services and 24-hour room service.
Dining options include Azur, serving international buffet spreads, and Crystal Jade Pavilion, which specializes in Cantonese cuisine.
Room rates start at around VND6 million (US$237) per night.
Changi was named the world’s best airport for 2026 in Skytrax’s World Airport Awards, securing its second consecutive win after also topping the rankings in 2025. It had placed second in 2024.
The latest accolade brings Changi’s total to 14 wins, the most in the history of the awards, which began in 2000.
