Sweden's Eurovision Song Contest entry suffered a wardrobe malfunction moments into their semi-final performance.

Singer Felicia took to the stage in Vienna to perform her upbeat song My System, wearing a black glittery mask covering up the bottom half of her face.

However, during the performance, as the music shifted, the lights dimmed, when she is next seen, Felicia is wearing oversized glasses but no mask.

She continued to sing as if nothing had gone wrong, but hosts Angela Scanlon and Rylan Clark revealed that this wasn't supposed to happen.

Scanlon shared: "That's a bit of a wardrobe malfunction on the old glasses, isn't it? She let the mask slip too, this is all a bit of an exclusive, we didn't see this in rehearsal."

Clark then jokingly chipped in: "I'm just happy she's got a mouth! I didn't know if she had one or not."

Despite the wardrobe mishap, fans were still loving Felicia's performance.

Someone commented on X: "I think #Norway (in Thursday's semi final) is my favourite, but that #Sweden performance was something else...What a tune!"

"Sweden was damn good, will definitely qualify!", a second commented as another described it as a "pure dance banger".

A fellow viewer added: "Sweden is the queen and king when it comes to Eurovision, they don't play it lightly."

The Eurovision Song Contest 2026 will once again see 15 countries in each semi-final compete for their place in the iconic grand final this Saturday, May 16, on BBC One.

The top 10 countries from each semi-final will join the five pre-qualified countries - France, Germany, Italy, the UK, and last year's winner, Austria - on the night.

Eurovision 2026 is taking place in Vienna, Austria, after 24-year-old JJ took home the prestigious trophy following his performance of Wasted Love.

Hosting tonight and the remaining semi-finals for BBC One and BBC iPlayer are Rylan Clark and Angela Scanlon, with Graham Norton taking over proceedings for the final on Saturday night.

Eurovision Song Contest 2026 continues every night this week at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
