Shubman Gill and Rashid Khan made sure Gujarat Titans' crushing win over Rajasthan Royals did not end on the field alone. Hours after GT hammered RR by 77 runs in Jaipur, Gill took to social media with a cheeky post aimed directly at the Royals after beating them in their own backyard.

Sharing a picture alongside Rashid Khan recreating the popular "fingers-near-ear" celebration, Gill captioned the post: "Pink city, blue result. Khamma Ghani" with blue heart emojis - a playful dig at Rajasthan Royals, who had turned out in their special all-pink kit for the game.    

   

The post quickly went viral among IPL fans, especially after Gujarat completely dominated the contest at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium. The opening pair once again exposed Rajasthan's bowling struggles, adding another huge partnership at the top and tearing into the Royals during the powerplay. Gill, in particular, looked unstoppable once he settled in, effortlessly driving through the line and taking apart both pace and spin. His fifty came in just 30 balls before he accelerated further alongside Washington Sundar late in the innings.

The Afghan spinner ripped through Rajasthan's middle order with figures of 4/22, producing one of his best spells of the season.
