Kejriwal says no hope of justice; Refuses to appear before Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma

The case stems from the Delhi liquor policy controversy. A lower court had earlier acquitted Kejriwal, but the investigating agency challenged the verdict in the Delhi High Court. The matter is currently being heard by a bench led by Justice Swarankanta Sharma.
