This situation traces back to a wedding that took place in December 2025.

A local youth, Binod (name changed), married 25-year-old Neha (name changed). Just a month after their wedding, Binod left for Pune for work. During his absence, Neha grew close to her 17-year-old nephew, Vijay (name changed), and their relationship soon evolved into a romantic affair.

Return of the Husband and Escalating Tensions

When family members discovered the secret affair that had been ongoing for the past six months, chaos erupted at home. To address the escalating situation, Binod was urgently called back from Pune. Upon his return on April 16, tensions reached a boiling point. The situation worsened when Vijay caught his uncle and aunt together. Overcome with jealousy and despair, he initially attempted suicide but was saved by family members.

Desperate Measures in the Hospital

The conclusion of this dispute was tragically sad. Fearing societal judgment and separation, Neha consumed rat poison. Upon learning of her actions, her lover, Vijay, followed suit and ingested the same toxic substance. Both are currently hospitalized in critical condition, fighting for their lives. Sources indicate that even in their dire state, they remain adamant about being together and marrying.
