He told that sitting in AC for a long time can gradually slow down the metabolism of the body. This happens because in cold environment the body does not have to work hard to maintain its temperature, due to which calories are spent less. If you keep sitting for a long time with this, then this effect increases further and the possibility of weight gain may also increase with time.

According to NCIB, continuous exposure to AC can gradually reduce the body's natural ability to tolerate temperature. According to reports from the World Health Organization, when the body repeatedly remains in the same cold environment, it starts losing its ability to adapt to external heat or cold.
