Partnering with Truworth Wellness, the bank aims to provide comprehensive wellness solutions through 24/7 support, counseling, and digital tools like the “Wellness Corner” app.
Key features include confidential counseling, stress management resources, and wellness dashboards. The program also addresses specific needs like mindfulness for credit officers and support for women returning after career breaks.
