Apart from festivals and regional and national holidays, banks are going to remain closed for a total of 5 Sundays and 2 Saturdays in December. Bank holidays in India can be on different days according to the states. In such a situation, if you have to do any important work from the bank, then definitely check the list of holidays. - All banks in the country will remain closed on Sunday, December 1 due to weekly holiday.
- Banks in Goa will remain closed on December 3 (Friday) on the occasion of the feast of St. Francis Xavier.
- All banks in the country will remain closed on 8th December due to Sunday.
- Banks will remain closed in Meghalaya on December 12 (Tuesday) on the occasion of Pa-togan Nengminja Sangma.
- All banks in the country will remain closed on 14th December (Saturday) due to second Saturday.
- All banks in the country will remain closed on 15th December due to Sunday.
- Banks in Meghalaya will remain closed on December 18 (Wednesday) on the occasion of the death anniversary of U Soso Tham.
- Banks in Goa will remain closed on December 19 (Thursday) on the occasion of Goa Liberation Day.

- Banks will remain closed in Meghalaya on December 30 (Monday) on the occasion of U Kiang Nangbah.
- Banks will remain closed in Mizoram and Sikkim on December 31 (Tuesday) on the occasion of New Year's Eve/Losong/Namsong.
