Now you will get the option to take a backup in Google Drive.
After this, tap on the recovery option.
Now tap on Next.
After the process is completed, the chat backup will start.
What is the process for the iPhone
To take chat backup on iPhone, iCloud backup is required instead of Google Drive. After following some steps, a backup can be taken easily on an iPhone.
To restore or get back the chat, you have to uninstall WhatsApp.
After this, WhatsApp has to be installed again.
Now you will have the option to sign in with the registered WhatsApp number.
After entering the registered number, an OTP will be sent. Which has to be verified.
