The Reserve Bank of India has provided UPI Circle Delegated Payment Service. It has been launched by the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI). Through this, a transaction of Rs 5,000 can be done in a day and a maximum of Rs 15,000 in a month.
By activating this new facility of UPI on your mobile, you will be able to add five persons to your UPI. The advantage of this will be that those who do not have a bank account will also be able to make payments from someone else's account. There will be two types of users in UPI Circle. First primary and second secondary. Secondary users will have the facility of full and partial payment.
In the facility of full payment, the secondary user will not need approval from the primary user i.e. the person having an account in the bank to make payment up to a limit. The payment of the secondary user with the facility of partial payment will not be completed until the primary user approves it.
