Do you have a SBI credit card? If so, you should pay attention to this news because SBI Cards & Payment Services Limited has released a list of SBI credit cards for which, starting on July 15, 2024, reward points will not be awarded for government-related transactions.
"W.e.f. 15 July 2024, accrual of Reward Points on Govt-related transactions will be discontinued for certain credit cards. Government-related transactions shall be identified under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) 9399 and 9311, on best effort basis," mentioned SBI Card on its website.
