Northern Railway wrote a letter on May 13 stating that all vendors and catering units of the Railways should have the facility for digital transactions. In this letter, it was said that 100 percent catering unit should have the facility of payment. But it has been interpreted to mean that Railways is talking about 100 percent digital payment.
