Lucknow. How many seats will Aam Aadmi Party contest in the UP Assembly elections 2027 and what will be its election strategy? Its decision will be taken by the central leadership of the party. After the meeting of state officials in Lucknow on Wednesday, AAP's UP in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said that how much and what kind of stake the party will have in the Assembly elections, will be discussed in detail with National Convener Arvind Kejriwal and the central leadership.

He said that the party high command will decide on how many seats AAP will have to contest the elections strongly and under which strategy. Along with this, while intensifying the election preparations, the party announced to start worker conferences in all the assembly seats of the state from the last week of September.

In the meeting held under the leadership of Sanjay Singh, strengthening of the organization up to the booth level and preparations for the 2027 assembly elections were discussed. He informed that assembly level worker conferences will be started from the last week of September. Through these conferences, a strategy will be made to connect party workers with election preparations and strengthen the organization at the local level. The final decision regarding the party's position on seats and electoral role will be taken at the level of the central leadership.

AAP will take out a statewide tour from October

Sanjay Singh said that from October, Aam Aadmi Party will take out a public yatra in the state. He said that during the yatra, issues like unemployment, inflation, corruption, social injustice and alleged hate politics of BJP would be raised. He also talked about raising the issue of donation theft in Ram temple during the yatra. Accusing the state government of corruption, Sanjay Singh also raised questions regarding roads, Jal Jeevan Mission and other schemes.

Programs will be held in the districts on Bhagat Singh Jayanti

AAP will organize seminars and blood donation camps in all the districts of the state on the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh on 27th September. The party says that through this, efforts will be made to connect the youth with the ideas of Bhagat Singh and give the message of social service.

Government cornered on unemployment issue

Sanjay Singh also raised the issue of vacant posts in basic education and D.El.Ed trained youth. He claims that more than two lakh posts are vacant in basic education and about 15 lakh D.El.Ed youth are unemployed. He also cornered the government on the issue of making B.Ed mandatory in inter colleges and demanded an extension of at least two years for the affected PG students. In the press conference, he also targeted the state government over its claims of corruption and development. However, the response to these allegations from the government and the BJP is not included in this statement.
