Lucknow. There is great news for the personnel working through service providers under Samagra Shiksha in Uttar Pradesh. The government has approved the proposal to increase their honorarium by 25 percent. There was no increase in his honorarium since the year 2020. This decision was taken in the meeting of the Samagra Shiksha Executive Committee chaired by Chief Secretary SP Goyal.
Budget of Rs 11,902 crore approved
A budget of Rs 11,902.85 crore has been approved under Samagra Shiksha for the year 2026-27. At the same time, out of the available amount in 2025-26, Rs 9,425.21 crore i.e. 92.46 percent was utilized. The government has now given instructions to ensure 100 percent utilization of the new budget.
Nipun Bharat will grow till class five
In the meeting, information was given about expanding Nipun Bharat Mission till class five. Learning targets will be set for Hindi, Mathematics, English and Environment subjects from classes three to five. Also, emphasis has been laid on better use of smart classes, ICT labs and science laboratories.
Emphasis also on dream lab and school safety
There are preparations to establish Dream Lab in government schools for the practical and all-round development of students. For this, agreements have been made with Tata Technology, Yaskawa and other industry groups. The implementing organization for the school safety audit of government secondary schools has also been selected.
