Materials:

  • dates

Action:

  • To make Khajur Pedha, first of all, remove the date seeds and cut them into fine pieces. Then make a fine paste without using water in a mixer.
  • Heat one spoon of ghee in a pan and fry the date paste in it on low flame till the ghee melts.
  • Remove the date paste and once again add ghee to it and fry it on low flame. Then add roasted dates and cashews, almond powder and mix well.
  • Then add almond pieces, pistachio pieces and cardamom powder and mix well. After mixing all the ingredients properly, switch off the gas.
  • Grease your hands with ghee and make a dough of the prepared mixture and top it with cashews, almond pieces for decoration and serve.
  • Ready Homemade Khajur Pedha made in an easy way. This straw keeps well for 2 to 3 weeks.
