The troubles of Swatantra Bhardwaj, who came into controversy after a podcast, are increasing. Now Union Minister Chirag Paswan's party Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has filed a complaint against him at the Sansad police station. Earlier on Friday, Delhi Police team has detained Swatantra Bhardwaj from UP.

Chirag Paswan's party has alleged in its complaint that Bhardwaj wrongly and publicly used the name of Union Minister and LJP (Ram Vilas) President Chirag Paswan to get political patronage.

LJP requested to register FIR against Swatantra Bhardwaj and demanded strict action. It was also said that it should be recorded in the police records that the party has nothing to do with this matter.

Union Minister Chirag Paswan reacted on Friday in the Swatantra Bhardwaj episode. He said Bhardwaj misused his and other leaders' names. I have everyone's support. However, all these claims have been made unilaterally by Swatantra Bhardwaj.

Where did Swatantra Bhardwaj come into limelight?

In a podcast, Swatantra Bhardwaj had claimed that he had broken the head of Nishu Azad's father Sanjay Kumar. It took 60 stitches. Still he did not go to jail. A political uproar broke out after the video went viral. From Rahul Gandhi to Chandrashekhar Azad supported Nishu and demanded Swatantra's arrest.

Swatantra said in the podcast, 'Do you know under which section this crime falls? Section 307. He had 60 stitches. The man was being taken in an ambulance in critical condition. His daughter was standing outside the police station saying that if her father did not get justice, she would commit suicide. But I was not even sent to jail. The world should know this. I kept roaming outside the whole night.

After the uproar by the opposition and CJP on Friday, Delhi Police had said that arrest would be made within 72 hours. However, before that he was taken into custody from Bulandshahr in UP.

Swatantra Bhardwaj has more than 3 lakh followers on Facebook, 1.84 lakh followers on Instagram and 6400 followers on Facebook. He posted some pictures on social media. It has photos of him with Bihar CM Samrat Chaudhary, Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra and Union Minister Chirag Paswan. She also shared pictures of the invitation cards for the Independence Day celebrations and the swearing-in ceremony of the Modi government.
