New Delhi. Tata Group real estate company Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) has appointed Gaurav Jain as its new managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO). The company gave this information on Friday. Gaurav Jain will assume his new responsibility from October 1. Gaurav Jain will replace the current MD and CEO Sanjay Dutt. Sanjay Dutt was heading Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited since April 2018.

More than 23 years of experience in real estate sector

Gaurav Jain has over 23 years of experience in the real estate sector. During his long career, he has worked with leading real estate companies such as Birla Estates, Godrej Properties, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited and Unitech Group. According to the company, Jain has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate business. He has played a key role in building and expanding the business across various markets.

Tata Realty's focus on business expansion

On the appointment of Gaurav Jain, TRIL Chairman Praveer Sinha said that he has a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial real estate sectors. His record of building and expanding businesses has also been strong. He said Tata Realty is focusing on expanding its business, strengthening its portfolio and targeting markets with more potential. Gaurav Jain's experience can play an important role in taking forward these priorities of the company.

TRIL is a wholly owned company of Tata Sons.
