In which states will banks remain closed on September 4?

Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand: Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Dehradun, and Noida.
Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh: Jaipur, Bhopal, and Indore.
Gujarat and Maharashtra: Ahmedabad and Mumbai (in certain areas, based on local customs).

Eastern India: Kolkata, Patna, Gangtok, and Ranchi.
South India: Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru (select circles).
