Pune/Table Tennis: Organized on behalf of Symbiosis Sports Center and Pune In the 4th Pune District Ranking Table Tennis Tournament held under the approval of the District Table Tennis Association, Anuj Phulsunder won the title in the under 19 boys category, while Ruchita Dharwatkar won the title in the girls category.

The matches of this tournament were held in the table tennis hall of Symbiosis Sports Center at Prabhat Road. In the U-19 boys final, second seed Anuj Phulsunder won the title by defeating fourth seed Swaroop Bhadalkar in a hard-fought match 11-6, 6-11, 11-7, 11-7, 11-13, 11-7.

Anuj is studying in 10th standard at Symbiosis School and practices under the guidance of coach Dipesh Abhyankar at PYC Toss Table Tennis Academy. In the final match of girls under 19, Ruchita Dharwatkar defeated Dia Shinde in straight sets 11-6, 11-8, 11-4, 11-6 to win the title. Ruchita is S. W. Studying 12th commerce in college, taking table tennis lessons from coach Sanmay Paranjape at India Khelega Table Tennis Academy.
