There is important news for candidates preparing for the BPSC TRE-4 teacher recruitment exam. Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari announced an increase in the number of vacancies for the BPSC TRE-4 exam today, August 28. He shared this information via a news channel, stating that a decision has been made to add 111 posts to the TRE-4 recruitment drive and that this information would be conveyed to the BPSC.

**Revised Number of Vacancies**
A total of 33,385 posts will now be filled through the BPSC TRE-4 recruitment process. Previously, a notification had been issued for 32,388 posts. However, 886 additional posts were subsequently added, and according to the Education Minister, another 111 posts will soon be included. These additional seats are for Music teachers for classes 9 and 10.

**Registration Starts on This Date**
The online application process for BPSC TRE-4 will begin on September 1. Candidates preparing for these teaching positions will soon be able to register by visiting the official BPSC website, bpsc.bihar.gov.in. The deadline to apply for this recruitment is September 30, 2026.

**OTR Required Before Registration**
To apply for BPSC TRE-4 posts, candidates must first complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process. Candidates can complete their OTR by visiting the official BPSC website, bpsc.bihar.gov.in. Additionally, the online registration link will become active on the website starting September 1, 2026.

**Required Qualifications for Application**
To apply, candidates must hold both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. They must also possess a B.Ed., Special B.Ed., or B.El.Ed./B.A.Ed. degree.
