The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max smartphone has been launched in 8GB + 256GB and 8GB + 512GB RAM and storage variants. The 8GB + 256GB base variant of the smartphone is priced at 79,980 Yen which is around Rs 48,000 and the 8GB + 512GB variant is priced at 99,980 Yen which is around Rs 60,000. Redmi Note 17 Pro Max Specifications and Features

The new Redmi smartphone features a 6.83-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits and a sampling rate of 3,200Hz. Along with this, the display has also received TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker free mode. The phone is launched with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chip with up to 16GB of RAM. The phone is equipped with Xiaomi's HyperOS 3. The device will get AI-features like offline AI translation and real-time speech transcription. The phone offers four years of operating system upgrades and six years of security updates.

For photography, the smartphone has a 50MP primary camera, which supports optical image stabilization. Along with this, this device also has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The phone will have a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max is available in Black, Purple and Cloud Blue color options. The company has used photochromic technology in the Cloud Blush color variant of this phone, which changes from white to pinkish orange in sunlight.
