A fitness creator has shared her weight loss journey, and it’s nothing short of inspiring. Losing weight may look and sound like a gigantic task given the amount of content and reading material available on social media.
Jyoti Upadhyay, though, has had a simple mantra, which helped her lose 20 kg in three months. The routine focused on regular exercise, simple homemade meals, and staying consistent.
Jyoti’s food choices included familiar items easily found in an Indian kitchen. Along with her diet, she kept working on her strength and fitness in the gym.
Before exercising, Jyoti Upadhyay ensures she wears a sweat belt, and during her latest workout, she completed a 95 kg deadlift. She said her strength is slowly improving with regular training.
As far as her diet goes, she takes black raisins and oats for breakfast. Since she does not like regular paneer, she makes low-fat paneer at home. Her lunch includes roti, curd, vegetables, salad, and paneer sabzi. For dinner, she keeps things light and eats only papaya.
She has also made it clear that losing 20 kg did not happen quickly. Her weight loss came following regular workouts, controlled eating and staying consistent with her routine over time.
