Ajay Devgn’s much-awaited Drishyam 3 has officially got its title. The third film in the popular crime thriller franchise has been named ‘Drishyam: The Conclusion’, signalling that Vijay Salgaonkar’s story could be heading towards its final chapter. The film is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on October 2, 2026.

Ajay Devgn Reveals 'Drishyam: The Conclusion'

The makers announced the title on Monday morning through a joint social media post with Ajay Devgn. The poster features a striking close-up of the actor’s intense eye, accompanied by the logline: “MERA SACH, MERA SAHI, SIRF MERI, FAMILY HAI.”

Ajay also shared the announcement with a personal message centred on family and his character’s perspective. Drishyam 3 Cast And Release Date

Drishyam: The Conclusion features Ajay Devgn and Tabu in lead roles. The cast also includes Prakash Raj, Jaideep Ahlawat, Ishita Dutt, Shriya Saran and Rajat Kapoor.

The makers had begun filming the third instalment in Goa in December, taking the franchise forward after the events of the earlier films.

What Is Drishyam About?

The Drishyam franchise follows Vijay Salgaonkar and his family as they become entangled in the aftermath of a disappearance. When a policewoman’s son goes missing, she threatens Vijay’s family, forcing him to go to great lengths to protect the people closest to him.

The second instalment picked up the story seven years later, with the Salgaonkars attempting to rebuild their lives after the traumatic events of the past. However, their fragile sense of normality is disrupted when circumstances begin to bring long-hidden truths back into focus.

Drishyam Franchise Background

Drishyam: The Conclusion continues the Hindi film series based on the Malayalam film of the same name. The story has also been adapted into Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.

The upcoming film is presented by Star Studio18 and produced by Panorama Studios. Abhishek Pathak is directing the film, with the screenplay credited to Abhishek Pathak, Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh.

The film is produced by Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.

Drishyam: The Conclusion is scheduled to release theatrically on October 2, 2026.
