Devdutt Padikkal has made a big record in the Galle Test. This young batsman of the Indian team has achieved a special achievement by scoring 44 runs in the second innings against Sri Lanka. He has a total of 211 runs in his name in Galle Test. In this way, he has become the second highest run scoring Indian batsman at number 3 in a Test against Sri Lanka.

In this matter Rahul Dravid is at number one. He scored 215 runs in the Ahmedabad Test in 2009 against Sri Lanka. Dravid had played an inning of 177 runs in the first innings. Padikkal's excellent batting

26 year old Padikkal is playing only his third Test match. He has made a comeback in the Indian team after November 2024.
