The system tries to identify the information by looking at the book. After this, Visual Intelligence can also provide the facility to save that information for future use.

Siri will benefit from visual intelligence

Siri can get the biggest benefit from this technology. The user will be able to ask questions about any object in front of him and the AirPods' camera can provide necessary information to Siri by looking at that object. There are several references to the B790 codename in macOS Tahoe 26.7. These also include hints to Visual Intelligence setup for AirPods. This project has already been mentioned in the reports of Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. However, Apple has not yet officially confirmed these camera-equipped AirPods.

May be launched in September

According to leaks, the AirPods codenamed B790 could be introduced in September. If the reports prove to be true, they could be launched alongside Apple's upcoming iPhone lineup. At the same time, B790 is said to be different from Apple's earlier B798 camera AirPods project. According to reports, the B798 project has reportedly been extended to 2027.
